You are a Rogue, and you don’ t need further convincing that training groups (those with coaches) are the most effective way to remain motivated and committed to your running. It’s always nice to have some reiteration, however, so check out yet another great article posted by the New York Times on how running groups keep us healthy, consistent and fast.

Remember this the next time that you’re tempted to hit the snooze button and “get it in later…”
