High-Performance Rogues

It was another great weekend for Rogue coach Carmen Ayala-Troncoso! She headed to Lexington for the 2009 USATF Cross Country Championships, where she raced the Masters Women 6K. As usual, Carmen had a fantastic showing, finishing second in 22:11, a time which also earned her the 50 and over National Championship title.

There is a great video interview of post-race Carmen on Flotrack – check it out!

There were several other outstanding Rogue performances this past weekend: Graham Bettis ran the Dallas White Rock Marathon in an impressive 3:16:29, while John Peck ran 3:23 and Kevin Lyons finished in 3:36.

Nora Douglas not only PRed, but finished 3rd in her age group at the Fiesta Marathon in McAllen, while Lori Grimm also ran the Fiesta Marathon and had a huge PR, smashing the four hour mark with a 3:55:20.

Congratulations to all!
