Join Lee for Strength Training for Busy People, a training class that will focus on running-specific exercises that will improve core strength, target running specific muscles, and decrease injuries in a minimal amount of time. He will demonstrate 8-10 quality exercises geared toward improving your running utilizing a Swiss ball or body weight. The class will conclude with a “super challenge” exercise. No equipment necessary.
